Four New Zealand Lamb chops, flame-grilled, served with spinach and Greek lemon potatoes, garnished with lemon and Dijon drizzle

Braulio’s Baked Branzino
Delicately baked in parchment paper with mussels, clams and asparagus in a lemon broth

Lobster Ravioli
Stuffed with Maine lobster and ricotta, topped with a creamy aurora sauce with sliced asparagus

Spaghetti Lobster Carbonara
Crispy pancetta tossed in a rich cream and egg sauce, snow peas, freshly grated parmesan, finished with a lobster tail

Linguine Primavera
Seasonal vegetables, choice of alio olio or fresh marinara sauce

Filetto al Pepe Verde
Filet mignon, cognac, shallots and green peppercorns sauce with a touch of cream, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Pollo alla Parmigiana
Baked boneless chicken breast topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a fresh marinara sauce, served with spaghetti aglio olio

Chef’s Rotelle
Fresh pasta, rolled with prosciutto, béchamel, buffalo mozzarella, topped with two sauces, half fresh marinara and half Alfredo cream sauce
